A natural way to make you look and feel younger, healthier and anyone can do it without investing any money, just taking your time.

Everyone talks about how important it is to love yourself, how important it is to find time for yourself, meditate and live in harmony. Well then, this is my way of doing it. I can dedicate 10-20 minutes a day to myself (I get up before everyone else so that no one disturbs me and do all the activities that set me up and prepare me for the day, as well as improve my physical health and visual appeal).

What does my morning routine include – awakening the lymphatic system, facial exercise, facial massage, acupressure and relaxation. Not all of it every day, but definitely something of it all! I also devote 5 minutes to reading, which motivates and reminds me of my goal. Then my day can begin.
